You need a React dashboard, an API wired, 15–20 hours a week. You do not have time to decode resumes. Ask for a shortlist of passports, or run a paid try-before-hire task on the live work.

Degrees and course certificates do not convert into internships. Sit one track. Leave with scores a founder can open. You should not need a job to prove you can do a job.

v1 is the supply-side asset: enough credible React passports that a startup can hire from them. Matching, curriculum, and a public two-sided marketplace stay later.
That is the activation we are aiming at — unvalidated, and narrow on purpose. If you are hiring junior frontend help, or you want a passport instead of another certificate, leave an email.
